Responsible for creating, implementing and launching our products2. Contact and work closely with IOH speakers3. Advise IOH speakers on best practices and methods to correct issues4. Work closely with product management and development teams to ensure products are released on time2. Maintain IOH fan page, including weekly posts, talk announcements, replying messages3. Maintain IOH official website blog, including press releases, activity announcements, post-event feedback4. Plan and responsible for IOH events, including invite speakers, schedule rundown, business meetings, etc5. Create post-event review for internal and external uses, covering all recordings, participants,etcExtra Advantage:1. Build skills in event management2. Work closely with marketing and web design team to ensure the visual look of both marketing events and web design2. Develop concept and graphic design for IOH fb, website posts, events, newsletters, invitations, advertisements, flyers, etc3. Manage publication quality(online and offline) and complete projects on time4. Manage and maintain graphic files, including photos, logos and other artworks5.
